Refund policy
Olive Island does exchange or refunds for change of mind, we understand that sometimes the items may not be the perfect fit or meet your expectations. So, we can offer an exchange or refund for full-priced items, as long as they meet the following requirements
– Items need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery.
– Items should be returned new, unused and in the original packaging. Returned items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
– Items are not on sale or discounted.
To complete your return, please send an email to info@oliveisland.com.au with your Order Number. We will get back to you with an update on how to complete your return. You will have 10 days from the date of our email to send your item to us.
All shipping charges are non-refundable nor credited. Please ensure that all items and their packaging are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customer’s responsibility and may result in a restocking fee.
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse for it to be processed. Returns must be sent via a traceable postage or courier service with a tracking number. Olive Island is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns. Please note that all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
